After our 5KaDay4Food run this evening we did some training on speed endurance for mid distance runners. What a workout! This camp is really intense. I highly recommend it for students interested in most direct way to improve your performance and giving back to the community while you do it is such a bonus. Whoever would've thought running a 5K a day for 30 days plus adding hardcore track and field training to it was possible? And all for charity!
