A day of rest. Dad keeps fussing at my brother because he doesn’t believe my brother is putting forth full effort during training and knows he can run better than what he’s doing. Dad says he’s going to try a superhuman amount of positive reinforcement. Meanwhile, I’m going to rest up and recuperate.
