There was an emergency alert at 5:19 pm about the new curfew from 6pm to 6am. We planned on running at 6:30 but instead started close to 6. Dad called the station and they said they couldn’t guarantee that any officers wouldn’t pull us over because of the curfew. He had to explain that I was running for charity and that we were going to finish what we’re doing. Everything was ok.
