It' Friday. Time to slow the run down to almost a crawl again as a proactive measure against injury for the rest of the team and overcompensate with stretching. I'm good. I can handle it. I've done it before and came out strong. But when it comes to risking others we have to be absolutely safe. We're adding recovery exercises into the training and doing lots of spot checking to make sure the other members are okay. Feels great having a team by your side. We motivate each other too. I think we're on to something really positive here. Is running a 5K a day for 30 days easy? Not at all. Is it really demanding on your body? Yes and add mental, emotional and everything else. My teammates are brave. I hope people see what we're doing and donate to the cause.
